If you would like to make an appointment, please complete the below request form and we will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time.

Please note, THEODORA KOUTS® is located in Sydney Australia. Appointments are taken at La Porte Deux Rosebery and bookings are essential. If you are based in regional NSW, interstate or overseas, please send an email to info@staging.theodorakouts.com.au and we will contact you to discuss how we may be able to assist you.

Appointment Fee

An initial consultation fee of $95 AUD is payable at the time of submitting an appointment request. If you decide to proceed with placing an order following your appointment, this fee will be applied towards the deposit on your garment.

If we are unable to confirm a date and time with you for your appointment, or in the event we are fully booked or otherwise unable to accept your request, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with a refund of the consultation fee.
